Client is required to provide water & electricity on site, and will be responsible for cost to install powerline protection if work is less than 1 M away from lines. Please note that additional charges may apply if resources are not available on site

Please note that The Friendly Mason is not responsible for repairing the integrity of existing structures or other unforeseen circumstances that might not be visible during the estimation process. Such items will be promptly brought to your attention for discussion of solutions and any additional costs. 

Additional work outside of existing scope, including grading & sodding, to be billed at $75 per man hour + materials under ordinary circumstances. Caulking/flashing installation is not included unless otherwise specified. Please note that all pricing is based on the complete project, and may vary if jobs are separated. 

Pricing does not include cleaning services. We strive to keep jobsites as tidy as possible, and leave them free of garbage and debris, but masonry is very dusty work and we are not responsible for cleaning unless otherwise specified or requested & priced prior to scheduled work.

48 hours’ notice for cancellations of projects under $5,000.00,

7 days’ notice for cancellations of projects over $5,000.00
